The exhibition presents work of contemporary Czech artists, which have in common a transformative approach in their practice. Objects, environments and urban concepts are revisited offering a new, alternative perspective on daily reality.

Kristof Kintera creates sculptures and installations by combining and altering ordinary objects in unusual and provocative way. Lukas Machalicky investigates influence of books, documents and text in general on architecture and the relationships of the urban mechanism. Jan Pfeiffer in his multi-media work searches for the individual and personal space in the designed structure of the civilization.

In collaboration with the Jiri Svestka Gallery and Vernon Gallery, Prague, Czech Republic.

The artists are also represented by the Jiri Svestka Gallery and Vernon Gallery at the Armory Show, Pier 94, March 4-7.
