Provera married, in 1978, Cecilia Pirelli, daughter of Leopoldo Pirelli (whom he subsequently was divorced from) and in 1986 began working at Pirelli for his father in law.[1] In 1992 he was named CEO of the company. He is currently Chairman of Pirelli & C. S.p.A., Pirelli &.C Real Estate S.p.A, Pirelli Tyre S.p.A., as well as the participated company Olimpia S.p.A. [1]
