Claudine Denis, geb. 1954 in Liége, Belgien. Percussionnist, sound artist, composer. She studied with Garrett List (class of improvisation) at the Conservatoire de Liège. Autodidactical strategies. In the 80's she cooperated for the Cie Mezza Luna (Liège,B) and created self made instruments. In the 90's she made performances in Belgium, Nederlands, Italy, Germany, some in cooperation with Terry Fox. Since 2000, she works on compositions with computer using the sounds created in 15 years with her self made instruments and in installations. Claudine Denis lives and works in Liége.
